Beginning therapy, whether it’s your 1st or 10th time, can often be filled with a variety of feelings ranging from fear to excitement. Therapy can represent deep pain and an overwhelming present and a happier future. As a therapist, it is my hope to guide, support and be with you through this process of growth and discomfort.
